PICK-UP Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Answers to FAQ's regarding pick-up: - If your roommate is home he/she can give us your laundry when we arrive. - If it is acceptable with your building, we can pick up your laundry from a Front Desk/Office if left there. - You can leave your laundry outside your door where we can get it, as long as we can get up to your door -- so if your building is secure, we need to have a way to get in past the security door. DELIVERY Schedule:
Tuesday through Friday 2:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. If you are not home during our delivery period: 1. If a roommate is going to be home, we can leave your laundry with them. 2. If it is acceptable with your building, we can leave your laundry at a Front Desk/Office for you to pickup. 3. We can leave your laundry outside your door. If you need to reschedule, please CALL us (NO e-mails unless it is well in advance) and we would be happy to schedule a more convenient time. |
TURN-AROUND Time:
- All laundry is returned the day after it is picked up, yes that means just a one day turn around time. - Dry Cleaning is usually returned the next day as well but only after 4pm. - However heavier dry clean items, such as heavy winter coats, comforters, etc., can take 2-3 days due to extended processing time. Please remember to leave your name and phone number. By Email: [email protected] : 7 Days a Week. Please feel free to e-mail Student Valet about any questions you might have or to arrange a pickup. General information we need if you would like to arrange a pickup are: your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER and a couple TIME FRAMES during the outlined pickup schedule that are convenient for you. We try to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours. |
IMPORTANT 'NO ANSWER FEES': If you do not contact us to to reschedule your pick-up/delivery and are not home during your scheduled pick-up or delivery time you will be charged a $10 no answer fee!
We try to give everyone a first time warning, but please keep in mind that for every person who is not home that we have to circle back to later in the day, it pushes us about 30 minutes behind for everyone else.
